GEB Tracker

We want to keep it transparent and clear for you guys. What are we up to? What's our priority for the week? How's our network's performance going? All of this questions can be answered in our GEB Tracker. Please check it out and let us know if you have any inputs or questions. Click Here!

What's the main idea behind the tracker? That it becomes your tracker as well. It would be awesome if you could share it with your MCVPs as well and use it as an input for your very own trackers. We'll be sending a survey for you guys to fill in and collect the information that w can't find on EXPA like your financial info.

Education pensum

Webinars for you, your MCVPs, LCPs and General Members! Please check the following document that we've created for you. You'll find all the topics we've selected based on your needs for the following weeks. If there's any topic you'll love to include, please let us know. As soon as we get your inputs on this matter on our Monthly Chat, we'll proceed to set the dates and find the most suitable faci for them.

Operations Calendar

Ok so the idea on this point is to understand how your plans look like on a calendar and when are you expecting to fulfil your different goals. Let me tell you something on this: Plan the achievement of your Lead Measures, not only your Lag Measures. (If you don't know what Lead and Lag Measures are, read the 4 Disicplines of Execution, an absolute must read! Find the first section here.) That means, don't trust only that you'll achieve your exchange goal by the last day of your term, plan when do you need to get all the applications before that &  when do you need to fulfil your approved goal as well. Below you can see, how the calendar should look like. If you have something similar, thats perfect! If not please use the template, create one and send it to the GEB for feedback.

Since IC and the whole evolution on Network Management, we've been having a few conversations with the OSTs on how to better support you guys. One of the outcomes of our conversations is that the GEB won't be visiting Europe or Americas Entities since there's specific OSTs for this. Therefore we'll be supporting physically some entities in AP and Africa. With this we will be able to focus on one other important part of your development as MCPs, which is your daily & weekly operations. We'll be there next to you on whatsapp, on that weekly FB call or on that Monthly coaching call. We believe, speaking from our experience, that this support is crucial, having someone next to you along your journey that you can open up with your thoughts and get some inputs or feedback on whatever you are up to.

We've recently decided to increase our coaches pool and we've added a few members to the supporting team. Therefore, Juanki will only supporting 2 entities directly. The final allocation will be properly announced soon.

Check this amazing video from one of our idols Gary Vee

"What does a local business need to do to get customers? You need a great product, you need to make people that could potentially buy your product know about it. You can do that from content, though advertising, by going to the chamber of commerce, you can do that by fucking cold calling every single business in town. Fuck man. There are just so many ways to do it." - Gary Vee

"On a personal note, this video means a lot to me. During the most challenging moment of my MCP term, I woke up to this video every single morning. Forever grateful with GaryVee." - Juanki
