Did you miss the AskYourAITeam S02E02 (Yes we type it S02E02 just to make it cool like TV series, lol)? Just so you know that you just missed Battle of the Kasias and #PolishDumplings.
But don't worry, we got it covered. Check this article below for Customer Experience 101!
Remember: The value proposition for all products are still the same - leadership. So there's nothing new! Maybe the question is more into - "How are we delivering the value proposition to our customers?"
In exchange product context, we have Standards and Satisfactions (SnS,); as for our Engagement with AIESEC (EwA) product, we have Outer Journey. Both has some specific checklists that if we fulfill it, we can ensure the leadership development of an individual who has tried the products.
And yes if you notice, we no longer use the term programs - but instead we use products. Hence we officially kill the term GCDP and GIP, and we're starting shifting to Global Volunteer, Global Talent, and Global Entrepreneur. Bye, GCDP and GIP :( You'll be missed.
We're still working on aligning Global Volunteer product to SDGs framework, but once we're done with that we'll align GT and GE too.
1. We still have 3 phases: Experiential Leadership Development (ELD), Engagement with AIESEC (EwA), and Life-long Connection (LLC). There's nothing changed, but what has changed is anyone can take the experiences in more flexible way - It doesn't has to be taken in any specific order, but it's more flexible. You want to try ELD first then to EwA? Have it your way!
2. We no longer put Team Member Program (TMP) and Team Leader Program (TLP), or if we combine both of them it becomes Team eXperience Program (TXP), within our ELD phase, hence we don't include TXP as our product and in our AIESEC Experience.
We no longer include TMP TLP (or TXP for short) in the AIESEC Experience, because AIESEC membership is only there for facilitating the whole experiences of all AIESEC products. Facilitating and delivering as many experiences as possible throughout all of the phases are the responsibilities of TXP, so we can't say TXP is on of our 'products'.
If we want to make AIESEC accessible to all people in the world, we need the right people in the right position. TXP will still be there, but the function will be exclusively to ensure that the members will stay committed to engage and develop every youth in the world.
