Let's face it: winter peak/summer peak is quite tricky. If you missed one or two things - whooops - there goes your opportunities for growing your entity. But hey if you do it right, then entities like AIESEC in Peru is the living example of how to execute iGV and iGT during peaks in the right way! In the end, we as MC Team created an environment that could give the possibility to make all this possible and we encourage all the sales team to make it happen.
