Team Day is an informal, team building space, which focuses on strengthening interpersonal bonds among the team members. 

Why is it important for AIESEC? Because members are the vital component for us to function as an organization. Without members there is no AIESEC. But that component doesn't work if it doesn't mix and unite, that is, each member working alone does not achieve the same as a united and proactive team. To have this strong team it is necessary to know your partner not only at organizational level or performance, but as a person with goals, dreams and personality defined.

Unfortunately, in daily work, goals, number of exchanges, meetings, alliances and being focused on results makes us forget who we are. So if this is happening to you, it's time to have TEAM DAYS! An informal space to relax, be creative, teaching your staff to work better together, but enjoyable for them, too. But, beware, because "informal" is not the same as "disorganized".
