What should a tree, a house and youth have in common?

Take a look at this photo for a second:

What is unique about this photo are the trees, because the only way they can survive the harsh winds on the mountain top is to adopt to it - by changing their own shape. By doing this they become unique and even more they enjoy a place on the top of the mountain.

Why is this important? Well because as Charles Darwin once noticed:

It is not the strongest of the species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change. 

And this also goes for humankind as well.

Although the environment can represent a challenge or even endanger us, we can actually find a way to respond to it and to stand still and steady, as this house does on the river.

The only way we can successfully adopt to challenges is if we start by showing Resilience.
