EXPA is somehow quite infuriating, and testing our patience to our limit. We know.
Trust us, we understand.
We would like to express our sincerest apologies for that.
We know that OP and EXPA is still far from perfect, but trust us - we're working hard everyday to make GIS better and better. To answer current problems happening in the network, here we give you quick tips and trick for EXPA!
1. Why is Youth Opportunity Portal somehow not working well on my browser?
Verdict: Our recent finding shows that we have a small bug in YOP whenever we're accessing it through Google Chrome, which is resulting in some malfunctions on the system's features.
Solution: Make sure you and your EP's Google Chrome is updated to the newest version to access YOP for the time being. FYI, this only impacts Opportunity Portal and does not impact EXPA.
2. It's not only 'not working well' - EXPA is not responding on my browser!
Verdict: The title is self-explanatory - EXPA doesn't respond on my browser. It freezes!
Solution: Try to refresh the browser after 5-10 minutes. This gives our IM team enough time to fix the downtime. This trick always works! ;)

3. So what am I supposed to do while you guys are working on solving them bugs? :(
