Ok, so the fact is that now and then we need to update and widen our knowledge about our world and the issues that it is facing.

Because more  information  is  always  better  than  less.

But sometimes I think it is better not to know what is going on.

But sometimes I think it is better not to know what is going on.

Yes, we all face that feeling sometimes. But the answer is not in running away from the issues that are around us and hoping that they will pass one day. The answer is like Simon Sinek once said:

When people  know  the  reason  things  are  happening,   even  if  it's bad  news,  they  can  adjust  their  expectations   and  react accordingly. Keeping  people  in  the  dark  only  serves  to  stir negative emotions.

These practices will help you to understand things based on facts, not opinions. As the saying goes:

An opinion is like an ass, everyone has one

An opinion is like an ass, everyone has one

Therefore you can start to know more things and by achieving that you can start to understand them. And by doing that you will start to focus on the positive breakthroughs in the daily news that you get.

Allways look at the bright side of things

Allways look at the bright side of things
