Business Model is consisting of several things above. Learn more about each of them below!

Customer Segments

Our main customer segment is derived from our essence, as it is stated in the AIESEC Way when answering HOW do we do it.

Our main customer segment is young people who will access an opportunity in one or more of our programs (Global Volunteer, Global Talent, Global Entrepreneur).

As well, the hosting organizations that open opportunities for our participants in the exchange programs are considered as another customer segment (they need to be aligned to our organizational values).
